The PetSafe Standard Remote Trainer is a static electric remote training collar that can be used to correct unwanted behavior in small to large dogs. This trainer can help curb your dog’s bad habits such as digging up the yard, pulling clothes off the line, jumping on people, sprinting towards the front door, taking food off the bench, and more. Available in two models – Lite and Standard.

HOW IT WORKS

The PetSafe Remote Trainer uses a safe static correction when you press the stimulation button on your remote transmitter to train your dog out of bad behavior. The remote has a tone-only button that delivers a beep as a warning. If your dog ignores the warning tone, you can use the stimulation button to deliver a vibration or static correction. The system has 15 levels of static corrections ranging from low to medium, with a safety lock on levels 8-15 to prevent accidental stimulations. The LED display screen shows the mode you’re on, the static correction level, the remote’s battery life, and the dog you’re correcting. The remote transmitter has level adjusters, including vibration-only stimulation (Level 0) and 15 levels of static stimulation (Levels 1-15). The dog selector allows you to change which dog receives a correction.
