Status Indicator Light

Our receivers use a unique status indicator that relays important information that ensures your dog remains safely in your yard. It also provides alerts when the battery is low and if your dog has recently challenged the outdoor hidden fence.

FastReact

We have the fastest reaction time in the industry. If your dog runs at the boundary, the receiver reacts with the warning signal before he reaches the wire, not while he is traveling over it.

Loop Monitor

Our Loop Monitor alerts you if there is a break in the boundary wire. This is an invaluable safety feature for underground fences.

AutoMemory®

Our AutoMemory feature automatically adjusts the correction after your pet challenges the boundary. This helps prevent future boundary challenges. For the next 24 hours, the correction will be set to the next level if the dog attempts to re-enter the signal field. As an example, if AutoMemory is triggered with the receiver set at level 4, the correction will be equivalent to level 5 for the next 24-hours. After 24 hours with no boundary challenges, the correction returns to the original setting.

TattleTale™

If your pet challenges a boundary, the status light on the receiver double flashes, which indicates that you may need to adjust the fence settings. If there have been no boundary challenges after 24 hours, the receiver will reset.

Audible or Vibration Warning Alert

The ProFence includes an audible warning signal that alerts your dog when they are approaching the boundary. The R9 Receiver Collar is also available with a vibration alert, an option that works well for dogs who have a hearing impairment. Your pet quickly learns to stop before he reaches the hidden wire with either warning signal.

GentleFit™ Contact Posts

Optional GentleFit™ Contact Posts are easy on your dog’s skin. They are smooth like our standard stainless steel contact posts to minimize friction and low profile for a comfortable Pet-Friendly™ fit.

Automatic Shutdown

Our system is designed to protect your pet from an over-correction in the unlikely event that your dog stands in the signal field and does not quickly exit. The receiver will automatically reset once the dog leaves the signal field.
