Please note: To return a product, you must first
contact Zoolio to receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. This number is valid for 14 days, and the product must be returned within this time. Returned products must be sent back prepaid through a reputable postal/freight provider, with insurance recommended for expensive items.
Please ensure that you do not send any parcels with "More to Pay" stamped on them, or sent COD (cash on delivery). Zoolio reserves the right to refuse and return any such parcels.

A processing fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged on all returned items. Refunds will be issued to the account used to purchase the products.
Product Defects or Fulfillment ErrorsWe will replace products that are defective or damaged during delivery. If you receive the wrong item due to a fulfillment error, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
ExclusionsWe cannot accept returns for products that have been used, or those that are not in a resalable condition, except for damage caused during delivery. In such cases, the return is void, and no refund will be issued.
