Our shipping prices are based on the weight of the parcel, and we use Courier Post to deliver our products throughout New Zealand. For orders under $100, the shipping cost is $7.50, but for orders over $100, shipping is free. If you have any questions about shipping, please call us at 027 495 7473.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pick-ups or drop-offs at our warehouse. If you sign for the freight, the product is yours, and we recommend inspecting it for damage before signing. If the item is damaged, please refuse it and call us.
We offer an authority to leave option for delivery, which allows the driver to leave the product in a safe location on your property. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery, including damage from theft, animals, or people.
We ship throughout New Zealand but do not ship internationally.
