Warranties
All of the products we offer at Zoolio come with genuine distributor warranties. These warranties typically cover intrinsic component and manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. However, they do not cover damages that result from misuse, tampering, incorrect maintenance, physical damage, or misadventures. In the case of certain brands, such as SportDOG and PetSafe, the warranty is extended to three years from the original invoice date.

Our customers can take advantage of Zoolio's 60-day money-back guarantee on all unused and unopened items in our stock. We also provide a price match guarantee, which ensures that our customers will receive the same advertised price as a competitor in New Zealand, including postage and handling costs. Please note that there is a 10% processing fee for any returned items, and our money-back guarantee only applies to products that are unused and remain in their original packaging.
